Sony Xperia XA2 And XA2 Ultra Render Video Leaks
TechsPlace | The Sony Xperia XA2 and Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra appeared on screen today. Thanks to rendering, we see how both devices look. They are expected to be announced early next month at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. No word on the price and release date yet.
After we already got the full specification list last week, there is now a video render of the device. We are of course talking about the Sony Xperia XA2. This new mid-range device will be reportedly announced at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, which will take place in early February. Before that happens, Twitter account OnLeaks already offers a first look at the device. Here it can be seen in a so-called render or computer animation. It is accompanied by a larger device which continues under the name Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra. The entry model has a diagonal of 5 “and dimensions of 141.6 by 70.4 and 9.6 mm. The Ultra variant has a 6 “screen and dimensions of 162.5 by 80 mm and 9.5 mm.
The render shows that the design remains largely unchanged compared to the current Xperia XA1. This is not at all bad for a mid-range phone. After all, such devices often have to have a good price-quality ratio in terms of specifications than an eye-catching design. Though the design of this one is similar to the design from year rumor is that the new flagship Xperia XZ Premium will be launched with a new full-screen design. A big step for the Japanese, who since 2012 practically has been stuck with their familiar design.
Supposed specifications Sony Xperia XA2
The Sony Xperia XA2 comes with a screen diagonal of 5 inches, yes the same size as its predecessor. The aspect ratio appears to be 16: 9 while the resolution is Full-HD, an improvement over the current version. Under the hood, it is probably driven by a Snapdragon 630 chipset with 3 GB of memory. The main camera has a 23-megapixel camera while the selfie camera has 8 megapixels.
Supposed specifications Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra
The Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra is a lot bigger and has a 6 “screen, just as big as the Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra. Again the resolution is Full-HD. Under the hood, it is driven just like the smaller brother by a Snapdragon 630 chipset but with 4 GB of memory and 64 GB of storage. Presumably, there are two cameras on the front with unknown resolutions. Both devices run on Android 8 Oreo. There is no word on the price or release date yet. Stay tuned for more updates.
